Pool
No beach community would be complete without a refreshing pool to take advantage of the sunsets with drinks and good company. Our pool area has a children's area and outdoor furniture. For the convenience of users, right next to the pool there are showers, toilets and dressing rooms. The visitor parking is also conveniently located a few meters from the pool for easy access.
Ranches
No trip to the beach is complete without a barbecue, that's why adjacent to the pool area we have two BBQ ranches. These ranches have lighting and are equipped with tables, chairs, barbecue, sink and a food preparation area.
Gym
Our community will have in the future an air-conditioned gym for the use of guests and condominiums. This area will be fully equipped and will have a bathroom and a dressing room. The expected delivery of this work is at the end of the first quarter of 2021.
Club house
Our clubhouse will be the perfect space for celebrations or family reunions. This open space will have tables, a sink and a food preparation area, it is designed for the enjoyment of the condominium owners or special events. The expected delivery of this work is at the end of the first quarter of 2021.
Surveillance
Security is one of the most important aspects to consider when investing in a property near the beach, this because the distance makes it difficult for the owner to monitor the house without incurring additional expenses. Our community has security 24 hours a day with two guards who carry out security rounds and control access. There is a single point of entry and exit to the community, as well as a perimeter fence covered with shrubs. Homeowners in the community can use the auto sign-in app, but all guests or other people entering the community must register. Your home in our community will be safe no matter where you are
